The Victory Cup is accepting food vendors for the Victory Cup Polo Match & Hot Air Balloon Festival. Please review all application instructions carefully. You will be notified of acceptance via email.

Vendor setup is on a first come first serve basis. Vendors are encouraged to come in a day early to select location and begin setup. All vendors must be unloaded, properly parked, setup and ready to vend by 7AM on event day. All vendor space sales and sponsorships are non-refundable. Vendors are responsible for all applicable federal, state, local permits, taxes and fees.

    Personal Tent Requirements:
    1 No holes, tears, rips or otherwise unsightly damage
    2 Must fit into the space allocated (10x10, 10x20 ect.)
    3 A recent photograph must be sent in with your application for approval
    4 Must be free standing
    5 Must provide a way to secure tent; i.e. sandbags, stakes

    In addition to these requirements, you, as the vendor, are responsible for all setup and tear down of personal tents.
