Tents fieldside provide an awesome opportunity to wine and dine clients during a unique and compelling experience, all within a budget! We provide the space, tent, tables and chairs – you throw the party!

Sponsorships and tents are still available for fall 2017 and all events in 2018. Tent partners have included Arthur J. Catering is a separate expense. You are welcome to use outside food caterers but they must be set up and in place by 9am day of the event, no exceptions. On alcohol, given the alcohol restrictions we pull all permits and will work with you directly on your needs.

    PREMIUM VENDOR TENT SPACE

    $500 with tent, table & chairs

    Showcase your products or services with a marketing or retail tent at the Victory Cup. We have the consumer demographics you’ve been looking for. Includes a 15’ X 15’ Tent for Business Marketing or Retail Sales one 8’ rectangular table and two chairs. Tickets include two VIP Car Passes and four General Admission Passes.

    IMPORTANT: Additional passes, additional parking credentials, and rentals included in any of the “MENU FOR ADD ONS” category must be purchased from the Victory Cup.

    *Food catering services are available, however these services and costs are in addition and can be provided (ask for list of local caterers). Customers are fully responsible for all planning and contracts with food caterers. Customers are also available for all clean up, including leaving the area as found by 5pm the day after event.
